BIGBANG took No.1 on Oricon chart on the day of “MADE SERIES”’s release in Japan!

  
[마이데일리=최지예 기자] BIGBANG’s album “MADE SERIES” released in Japan took No.1 on Oricon chart.
Album “MADE SERIES” was released in Japan in celebration of BIGBANG’s unprecedentedly large-scale dome tour “BIGBANG 2015 World Tour -2016 [MADE] IN JAPAN”. “BIGBANG 2015 World Tour -2016 [MADE] IN JAPAN” is the third tour held by BIGBANG in Japan. BIGBANG is the first-ever foreign artist to hold dome tour in Japan for three consecutive years. Total 911,000 fans will come to “BIGBANG 2015 World Tour -2016 [MADE] IN JAPAN” to meet BIGBANG. “MADE SERIES” album took No.1 on the daily album chart of Oricon on the day of its release. Along with the top rank on Oricon chart, the album is in the first place on Japan’s iTunes albums chart as well, to prove BIGBANG’s big popularity in the country.
The album is BIGBANG’s new album released in Japan three years and eight months after “ALIVE – MONSTER EDITION” released in June, 2012. As soon as the news of the album’s release was announced, Japanese fans have paid keen attention to it.
The album released in Japan includes total 11 songs, including 8 original songs that were included in “MADE SEIRES” released in Korea, as well as the Japanese versions of “LOSER”, “BANG BANG BANG”, and “IF YOU”. Plus, “DVD/BLU-RAY” released with the album has the music videos of “LOSER” and “BANG BANG BANG” in the Japanese language, the original music videos of “MADE SERIES”, and videos of BIGBANG’s performance at “a-nation stadium fes. 2015” held on August 22 last year. BIGBANG performed in the festival as a headliner artists for two years in a row.
With the release of the album in Japan, BIGBANG will appear in “Music Station”, a popular music show of TV Asahi on February 5, to perform “BANG BANG BANG” and “FANTASTIC BABY”. In August this year, BIGBANG will appear in “Momm!!” of TBS and then BIGBANG will continue with their promotion in Japan.
BIGBANG is currently carrying out “BIGBANG 2015 World Tour -2016 [MADE] IN JAPAN”. On February 6 ad 7, a concert will be held at Yafuoku Dome in Fukuoka, and then on February 23 and 24 at Tokyo Dome. Then, BIGBANG’s Japan dome tour for this year will mark the grand finale.
As such, BIGBANG proved their high popularity in Japan by taking No.1 on Oricon chart with “MADE SERIES”. From March 4 to 6, BIGBANG will hold an encore concert in Seoul at Olympic Gymnastics Arena, to put a successful end to their world tour with Korean fans.
