[Official] TAEYANG unveiled the MV of “Intro”, the first track of new album “WHITE NIGHT”… Bold promotions

“Intro” song is a song that is the beginning of an album, which is usually not that much spotlighted unlike other songs in the same album. However, TAEYANG is putting exceptionally great focus on ‘Intro”, producing a music video for it. 

On August 9 in the morning, YG Entertainment released the music video of “Intro”, the first track of TAEYANG’s new album “WHITE NIGHT”, on the company’s official blog (www.yg-life.com). The music video of “Intro” expresses the meaning of “white night” that is the concept of TAEYANG’s new album. Just like “white night” which is a natural phenomenon of the sun not going down even in the night, the imagery in the music video of “Intro” that goes perfectly well with TAEYANG’s tender vocal is raising music fans’ anticipation for TAEYANG’s new album. 

The scenes of the music video of “Intro” were all shot in LA ad Alaska in the United States. The stunningly beautiful scenery of nature and TAEYANG’s groovy dance in the music video catch viewers’ eyes. 

Like the song’s lyrics that go “To breathe again / To dream together / I just wanna hope you close / Like it’s my last”, TAEYANG has been working hard on his first new album in three years and two months. 

TAEYANG has been successfully building his career as a solo artist, ever since the release of his first solo album in 2008. Now, music fans are paying keen attention to what kind of songs are included in his new full album “WHITE NIGHT”. 

Along with the release of his new solo album, TAEYANG will continue with his world tour “WHITE NIGHT”. On the 26 and 27 this month, concerts will be held at Jamsil Gymnasium in Seoul and then the tour will continue in eight cities in North America. Recently, TAEYANG’s concerts in eight Asian cities including Manila, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Macao, Singapore, and Taiwan have been confirmed.
