Following the release of BIGBANG’s new song “Still Life,” T.O.P has shared his thoughts in a heartfelt letter to his fans.

On April 5, BIGBANG made their long-awaited return with the chart-topping single “Still Life,” which marked their first group release in four years. Along with G-Dragon, T.O.P participated in composing the music and lyrics for the song.

Later that same day, T.O.P—who parted ways with YG Entertainment earlier this year—posted a letter on Instagram expressing his gratitude to both the YG staff and his fans.

T.O.P wrote the following in English:

Finally the music is out

I wouldn’t be here without all of YG staff’s help.
Thank you all for last 16 years.
It means a lot to me.

I’m thinking
I might be going through another important
turning point of my life
at the moment.

I look forward to the day
when I’ll be able to come back as a man of
inspiration in the near future.

I’m utmost grateful for my fans.

Once again, Thank you.
