[OSEN=최나영 기자] The unmatched class of the status of group BIGBANG’s G-DRAGON in the music scene is being fully proven with his new solo album.

As of June 9 at 7AM, the second day from the release of G-DRAGON’s new album, “UNTITLED” is sweeping charts in Korea including Korea’s biggest Melon, Genie Music, NAVER Music, Olleh Music, Soribada, Mnet.com, and Monkey 3.

Along with “UNTITLED”, all the other songs of G-DRAGON’s new album including “BULLSHIT”, “SUPER STAR”, “INTRO”, “MIDDLE FINGERS-UP”, and outro track “DIVINA COMMEDIA” are dominating music charts, taking high ranks on them.

G-DRAGON released “KWON JI YONG”, his first solo album in four years, on all music-streaming websites in Korea on June 8 at 6PM. Title track “UNTITLED” proved G-DRAGON’s formidable influence in the music scene by topping music charts upon the release of the album. It dominated overseas iTunes charts as well. “KWON JI YONG” took No.1 on the iTunes charts of 33 countries including the United States, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Chile, Czech Republic, Columbia, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Macao, Malaysia, Norway, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Ukraine, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.

G-DRAGON who has come back with his first solo album in four years is now being recognized by his fandom and the wide general public for the quality of his music once again. The success of his new album is the proof of the fact that “the quality of the music is the key for success”.

In G-DRAGON’s concert “M.O.T.T.E” to be hosted on June 10 at Sang-am World Cup Stadium in Mapo-gu, Seoul, the performance of the new songs of “KWON JI YONG” will be unveiled for the first time.
