[Article] T.O.P (BIGBANG) donates 100 million won to support Covid-19 control

The male singer T.O.P (BIGBANG) has joined forces with the medical staff who are fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.

On March 3, Hope Bridge Association of the National Disaster Relief said T.O.P donated 100 million won under his real name Choi Seung Hyun on the morning of the same day.

Expectedly, TOP’s donation will be used to provide preventive supplies to health care workers who are trying to cure patients and prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk area.

The association said, “Choi Seung Hyun has donated money and expressed his thankfulness and deep respect to the medical staff who are sacrificing themselves in difficult circumstances to overcome the Covid-19 epidemic. He hoped that his goodwill can somehow help everyone.”

On the other hand, T.O.P’s group BIGBANG group is expected to participate in the US’ largest music festival “Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival” held in April.

This information is receiving much attention from music fans around the globe as this is the first time the members have officially performed on stage since their demobilization, which is also a “world-class” activity of group BIGBANG.
