It talks about how GD was discovered by the MC of a dance contest where he participated while on a family ski holiday. MC is Lee Soo Man himself who immediately recruited him to SM as a trainee.

Being a trainee, his debut at SM is quite blurry, singing skills back then was insufficient and he couldn't find the vision of what he wanted to do until he came across and heard Wu Tang Clan which inspired him to do rap/hiphop

He then attended a hiphop summer school program which was hosted by the People Crew. At 13, he was featured in a hip-hop project album and made headline for his rapping at a young age. this is where he also first used "G-Dragon" as the screen name derived from Kwon Jiyong.

Fast forward to sean recommending him to YG where he auditioned & got signed in 2002, went to rigorous 6 years of training which includes music production and composition. SM 5 yrs and YG 6 yrs is a total of 11 yrs of rough training for GD.
