NOTE:
There was no further comment to this picture by G-Dragon however it shows an old photo of BIGBANG with Se7en. YG Ents and Se7en announced today that they will not renew Se7en's contract with the company due to a very busy schedule ahead for YG Entertainment. So this photo seems to be in reference to this decision made.
