BIGBANG’s Taeyang Spends Intimate Chuseok Date With Fans From His Hometown

For this Chuseok holiday, BIGBANG member Taeyang gave the ultimate fan service to three lucky fans from his hometown Uijeongbu.

During the special broadcast of the outdoor date, which streamed live on September 14 at 7 p.m. KST, Taeyang enjoys some quality time with his fans as he makes songpyeon (a type of Korean rice cake) with them.

While making the songpyeon, Taeyang asks the fans if there are any stories about him that still circulate in Uijeongbu, and one fan reveals, “I heard one person even jumped out of a bus window when they recognized you during your student days.”

During the date, Taeyang also treats fans to a live serenade of “Eyes, Nose, Lips” and plays various games with them, including Yunnori (Korean traditional board game), charades, and pictionary.
