BIGBANG’s Enthralled 30,000 Chinese Fans in Chengdu



[????=??? ??] BIGBANG captivated the hearts of 30,000 Chinese fans at their Chengdu concert.

BIGBANG’s concert in Chengdu, which was part of BIGBANG’s 2015 World Tour-MADE, drew a bigger audience than any other K-pop concerts held in the city, demonstrating BIGBANG’s huge popularity in China.

The concert was held in the Chengdu Sports Center on August 14, and BIGBANG heated up the stage with their perfect live singing and glamorous performance. They started the concert with a fierce and powerful performance of their “BANG BANG BANG.” Afterwards, they performed not only their old hits such as “TONIGHT,””LIES,””HARU HARU” and ”BAD BOY” but also their recently released singles such as “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE” and “ZUTTER.” Fans sang along with the members in Korean, and BIGBANG performed with more passion in reply.

At the concert, fans held an event to celebrate G-DRAGON’s birthday. They prepared a banner which read “HAPPY GDAY” and sang “Happy Birthday.” G-DRAGON was touched by the fans and expressed his love for them by making hearts with his hands.

After the concert, G-DRAGON posted pictures of the Chengdu concert on his SNS page and expressed how thankful he was to the fans by saying “Thank you for everything and amazing event for my birthday.” T.O.P also posted pictures of the concert on his SNS page and thanked the Chinese fans.

Their next concert will be held in Hangzhou on August 25. BIGBANG will also be promoting their new singles of the “E” album released on August 5 – “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE” and “ZUTTER” by GD&T.O.P – in Korea.

BIGBANG Takes 1st Win for “Let’s Not Fall in Love” on “Music Core,” Performances from SHINee, Wonder Girls, and More

South Korea celebrates the 70th anniversary of its Independence Day today, August 15, and with that, MBC is aired a special episode of its weekly music ranking show, “Music Core.” Jooheon of MONSTA X joined this week as a special MC.

BIGBANG, SHINee, and the Wonder Girls competed for first place with BIGBANG’s “Let’s Not Fall in Love” taking its first win over SHINee’s “Married to the Music” and Wonder Girls’ “I Feel You.”

There were performances from SEVENTEEN, BAECHIGI, MAMAMOO, GFriend, A Pink, GOT7, DICKPUNKS, Wonder Girls, SHINee, BEAST, SONAMOO, B1A4, and Nolza.
